		<description>But what if the Sudden Negative Change is deliberately introduced by the coach?  This could be done by making observations and providing it as feedback to the individual.  These observations would be designed to show how the individual&#039;s behaviour is having a negative impact on the local environment.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t agree with the Kubler Ross R- analogy. I think Kubler Ross better describes an Extinction process (R+ removal) and then subsequent identification of an alternate source of R+. This fits very well with death of a close friend, loss of a job, road accident or any other traumatic event where a major source of R+ is removed.</description>
