I think Kubler Ross better describes an Extinction process (R+ removal) and then subsequent identification of an alternate source of R+. This fits very well with death of a close friend, loss of a job, road accident or any other traumatic event where a major source of R+ is removed. I don’t agree with the Kubler Ross R- analogy.
